A flyer, a screenshot, an invitation: on your calendar
Photograph the flyer on the fridge, or take a screenshot of the class app. We find each date, its time and place, and what to bring, and hand them to your calendar as one file. Nothing you add is kept.
Free for up to 3 connectors. No card needed.

Read once to find the dates, then forgotten.
How it reads a picture
Only what the picture says
A model that reads pictures writes out the words in it, exactly as they are written. The same reader as for an email then finds the dates, and each one is checked against those words, so nothing the picture does not say goes on your calendar.
When flyers come by email
Every email, by itself
Follow the sender, and the pictures and PDFs attached to their emails are read the same way, every time, with the dates put on your family’s calendar by themselves. How it works.
Questions
Before you add one
- Is my photo kept?
- No. It is read once, in memory, and forgotten: not stored, not logged, and not used to train a model.
- Which pictures work?
- Photos and screenshots as PNG, JPEG or WebP, up to 5 MB. A large photo from a phone is made smaller before it is sent.
- How do the dates get on my calendar?
- Add to my calendar gives you one calendar file. On a phone it opens your calendar’s own screen for adding events; on a computer it downloads, and opens in Apple Calendar or Outlook, or imports into Google Calendar.
