Dates from your mail

Every date in the school’s emails, on your family’s calendar.

Follow the school, the team, the dentist. When one of them emails a date, it goes on your calendar with a reminder, and moves when they move it. Your agent sees it too: Muse, Claude and ChatGPT.

Free for up to 3 connectors. About five minutes to set up. No card needed.

An example: an email from Lincoln Elementary becomes 3 dates on your calendar, Picture day, Field trip permission slip and $12 due, Grade 3 field trip: Science Museum.

On your calendar with a reminder the evening before.

Try it now

Pick an email, or the flyer on the fridge

See what the reader your account uses finds in each: every date, its time and place, and what to bring, ready for your calendar. No account needed. Connect your mailbox and it reads your own.

The dates in the flyer appear here, with times, places and what to bring, ready for your calendar.

How it works

You choose who to follow. Their dates find you.

It reads iCloud Mail, Gmail, Fastmail, Yahoo or a mailbox of your own, and writes to iCloud Calendar, Fastmail or a calendar server of your own.

Follow who sends your dates

We suggest them from your mail: the school, the team, the clinic. Only mail from people you follow is read, with the newsletter, schedule or flyer attached to it.

Each date arrives with a reminder

On the calendar you choose, with a reminder the evening before. A calendar you share, like iCloud’s Family calendar, puts it in front of everyone you share it with.

It moves when the sender moves it

“Picture day moves to Monday” moves the event, and a cancellation marks it cancelled. An event you edited is yours: we never write over it, and never put back one you deleted.

And your agent

Your agent gets your iCloud too, without the password.

Your agent can carry a key for a web API. iCloud Mail speaks an older language that needs the real password inside the connection, which an agent is rightly never allowed to hold. muse.space stands in between, for Muse, Claude and ChatGPT.

Actions, never secrets

We sign in to iCloud for your agent and hand back plain results. No password ever appears in a reply, a log or an error.

Sign in once, cut off in seconds

Muse holds one agent token. Claude and ChatGPT sign in to muse.space, and you choose what each may use. Change agents whenever you like; you never type a mail password again.

Every call on the record

Which tool, where it went, how long it took. You can read it, export it, and pause everything with one switch.

How it works

Three steps, about five minutes

You can do all of it from your phone.

  1. Make an app-specific password

At account.apple.com. It only opens mail, calendar and contacts, and you can cancel it whenever you like.

  2. Add it to muse.space

Your browser encrypts it for our vault before it is sent, and we check it with Apple. Everything starts read only.

  3. Connect your agent

Muse takes one prompt, and asks for your agent token in its own secure box. Claude and ChatGPT sign in, and ask you what they may use.

In Muse

Paste this prompt. Muse asks for your agent token in its own secure box.

Paste into Muse
Build a custom integration to muse.space.
MCP endpoint: https://muse.space/mcp (streamable HTTP)
Auth: an "Authorization: Bearer" header. Ask me for the token with your secure prompt.
Read tools can run on their own. Ask me before any write tool.

In Claude or ChatGPT

Add a custom connector with this address, then sign in. You choose what it may use.

MCP address

Step by step for Muse, Claude, ChatGPT and Claude Code.

One connection. Every connector you add later.

Add another mailbox or a calendar server of your own and your agent sees more tools, with nothing new to set up in it. Change agents whenever you like: your stored passwords stay where they are.

What you can connect

Start with iCloud. Add another account when you need it.

Every connector gives your agent a short list of plainly named tools, split into read and write.

iCloud Mail

Search and read, attachments too: PDFs, Office files and pictures. Draft, reply, send, file and delete once you turn writing on.

iCloud Calendar and Contacts

On the same app-specific password as mail. Your agent reads them and finds a free hour on your clock, and writes once you let it.

Other mailboxes

Gmail, Fastmail, Zoho, Yahoo, or any mailbox that speaks IMAP, such as one you host yourself.

Your own calendar server

Nextcloud, Radicale, Baïkal, or any server that speaks CalDAV or CardDAV.

Apps you sign in to

Notion, Linear, Todoist, Atlassian and more. Sign in on their own page and their tools join the rest; your agent never sees what they give us.

Your MCP servers

Any remote MCP server, signed in to on its own page or given its key. Its tools join the rest behind one endpoint, pinned until you approve a change.

New mail and webhooks, waiting

Your agent can’t be pushed to. New mail, checked every 5 minutes, and whatever a service posts to your webhook inbox wait here until it asks.

Outlook and Google Workspace mailComing later

They take no app password, only a sign-in you approve on Microsoft’s or Google’s own page. Neither works yet.

Security

Built the way your agent is built

The part that runs connectors and the part that holds passwords are separate programs. The first only ever gets a handle, never the secret.

  • Read tools are on from the start. Every write tool waits for your switch.
  • Your browser encrypts the password before it is sent. It is never shown again, not even to you.
  • Messages, attachments, events and contacts pass through in memory. They are never saved.
  • Revoke a token and calls with it stop within 5 seconds.

We haven’t switched on billing, so nothing on this site can charge you. If we gave you a code, redeem it in settings once you’ve signed up.

We never charge for calls or for how much data moves. Your agent already meters its own usage.

Questions

Fair things to ask before handing over a password

Yes. App-specific passwords are Apple’s supported way for other mail apps to sign in. Ours shows up in your Apple Account like any other, and you can cancel it there at any time without asking us.
